An organisational structure for the project has been established within NESDO and responsibilities assigned to Directors.

The structure includes the National Advisory Panel, the International Panel, a Core Analytical Team chaired by Dr. Rory O’Donnell (Chief Officer NESDO), and working panels which will act as both testing ground for and a source of ideas.

Following a competitive tendering process, NESDO has retained the services of Dr Riel Miller (Xperidox) to assist in the design of the project and Paula Carey(Learning Networks) to assist with the design and management of the National Consultative Panel.
